There are none.
Essentially, herpes is a minor recurring skin infection, which establishes a latent infection in the local nerve ganglion.
It does no damage to any organs.
When the virus activates, it follows the nerve path back to the skin. It presents as sores/blisters which heal and disappear within 5 days, leaving no permanent damage.
